The success of this event is credited largely to our sponsors and partners, who lend their names, resources, network of contacts and financial support to the event. As a partner, your organization will have the opportunity to reach over 600 women in one single day.  In addition, your own members will receive special community partner rates!

Community Partner Benefits:

  • Name recognition on souvenir program
  • Your website link and logo on the event website
  • Special conference ticket price for your  members of $100 (reg. $150); includes all sessions and lunch
  • Special Marketplace Exhibitor rates for your members:
    • Complimentary self-parking
    • One (1) skirted table w/two (2) chairs – $400 (reg. $500)
    • Two (2) skirted tables w/four (4) chairs – $700 (reg. $800)
    • Includes exhibitor badges
  • Mention on marketing materials
  • Complimentary exhibitor table for organization with the purchase or sale of ten (10) conference tickets

Community Partner Contributions:

  • Market event to all of its members via email blasts, newsletters and website
  • Display save-the-date postcards and/or posters
  • Purchase or sell directly ten (10) conference tickets at discounted rate of $100
  • Help promote Marketplace exhibitor opportunities
  • Opportunity to participate in the Steering Committee; assisting with contacts, networking, and provide suggestions and ideas
  • Provide logo and all requested materials in a timely manner
